How to restore built in "Voice Commands"

Like a dufus, I mistakenly clicked the Disable button after I dragged the "Voice Commands" app icon to "other actions" while trying to resolve a BT headset no response problem. :-\

Any way I can get back to the "Voice Commands" "app" so I can re-enable?
