How to restore data and settings on Android device

I have a Android Tv device Rockchip V8.

Yesterday I was using an app and all of a sudden it went to the main menu, anyways I shut the device down and restarted it and now all my settings went back to factory settings. I can still see in explorer that the apps and settings are there but I don't know how to get it all back the way it was without having to reinstall everything.

Is there a way?

Welcome to the forums.
I am guessing here: Try to open up a settings menu, and go to security. If the TV is like a phone or tablet, the factory reset should be there.

If you mean what I think you mean, you can't restore it to your personal settings unless you backed up your personal settings.
