Android Central Question

I was using the default keyboard on my ATT S7 Edge. It was able to anticipate most of my typing. Unfortunately, I allowed the Android update to process last night.

This morning I have an entirely different keyboard, the Samsung one. And even worse it no longer knows my name, email, and is 99% wrong on guessing what I'm about to type. Before it was able to guess a bit better than 50%.

The only other keyboard on the device is Google Voice which I've never used as the Google voice doesn't recognize my voice even after training umpteen times.

Go to the playstore, you may see the one you were using. SwiftKey is very good with word prediction.

Unless you downloaded and installed another keyboard, the default keyboard is the Samsung keyboard. I updated two AT&T S7E phones and didn't have any issues with the keyboard on either phone. I am using the Samsung default keyboard.
