How to return my phone to like it was

I have to bring it in for service. It reboots and freezes all the time. So...

I already rooted it, flash a ROM and all that. I assume I have to get it all back to the way it was.

I restored my phone to back before it was rooted. (before step 3 here: [Guide] to Installing S-off, ClockWork, Root, SuperCID & S-on [03/AUG/11](noobproof) - xda-developers)

Now do I just have to get the s-on now? It's not too clear to me in that guide.

So I think I have to do two things at this point.

1. Remove Clockwork
2. Turn S-on

Number one is the problem, can't seem to find out how to do that. Been searching for a while.
Number two seems pretty easy with those step-by-step instructions.

The answer is on the page you posted. Look at STEP 5 of the guide my friend. I've done this multiple times and it works like a charm every time. As with all important posts, read EVERYTHING. You had the answer the whole time.
