How to return to Stock. Verizon Note 3 running AllianceROM

I'm currently running the Alliance ROM, Android Version 4.4.2 NC4, on my note 3 but I want to completely return the phone to stock settings. I have read through the forums and came up with some conflicting instructions. if there's anyone who has attempted this before could you please help.

I think I am supposed to use Odin 3.09 to flash NC4 tar file "N900VVRUCNC4_N900VVZWCNC4_N900VVRUCNC4_HOME.Tar.M d5.7z" along with the PIT file "HLTE_USA_VZW_32G.Pit" and It should work.

These are my questions for anyone experience with this:

1. Do I need to flash the NC2 or NC4 modem along with the two other files?

2. I came across a second Verizon stock file named "N900V_VZW_N900VVRUCNC4.tar.7z"

To recap there is nothing wrong with the phone its running Alliance ROM on Android 4.4.2 and I would like to return it to the phone to stock. Anyone with information and how to do this would appreciated greatly.

I would try hooking up to Samsung Kies and doing an update. It should download the latest stock firmware for the phone and everything.

Thanks for responding, itguyjax8430. I am somewhat familiar with Kies. I have never updated a phone with a ROM on it. You think it will just wipe the ROM and update to the latest stock firmware. I think it is 4.4.4. I kind of wanted to stay with 4.4.2, I haven't heard good things about the update. This will work even if I am running AllianceROM v2 in the stock boot slot? I'm also using SafeStrap I think version 3.75 to do backups. Now if this doesn't s work I can't just restore one of my backups? Likewise, if it does work I sill can't use any of those backups because they were made while using android version 4.4.2, correct?
I really need to know before I do this that there is a way to at least return the phone to the stock settings. When I bought the phone it was running 4.4.2. Either way as long as it's stock I'm good with that.

If anyone else has any experience with this please comment, I can use all the help I can get.
