i know this thread is a bit outdated but wanted to ask if this commando I have now (just got it) with the 4g LTE is the same phone you guys are talking about. I can't get the batch file to work nor could I get the super one click to work either (that one kept flashing not responding on my computer screen)

No, this thread is for the first version of the phone. Also, your phone is running ICS, not Gingerbread.

You need to get a good handle on what you're doing first before you decide to root, it doesn't sound like (I could be wrong) you've done a lot of research or read any "how to's" on rooting, what its purposes are, or what it is, or you wouldn't worry about it affecting your desktop. Or you're just trolling us.

I flashed from m-100 to m-130 with no problem I followed the instructions to a tee now my commando lets me send picture message as I had alot of issues with before . now all is good ! THANK YOU .........

When I try to open files in instructions on ubuntu my phone says cant open file. So I cant resettle phone!

Sorry to bump this thread, but the links in the quote above do not work anymore. I have a Casio G'zOne Commando, Android version 2.3.3 Zombie, model number C771. I tried to do to the developers.android.com and download the SDK Developers Kit there and the file would never download. Like i said above the links that are posted here are no longer working. If someone here could point me to the right page to get the files needed to root my phone, I would be most appreciative. Thank you for your time in reading.

Hey guys,
I'm new to this so this question might be a little newbish
I have the casio commando 2.3.3 and when i go to root it it gets to sending 189 zerglings, then quits with error, "hellions with BLUE flames"
I have spend most of the day trying to find a way around it, but no luck. Any help is gladly accepted.
