How to root Samsung Galaxy S4 model shv-e300s

My mobile is Samsung Galaxy S4 model SHV-E300s.
I try to root with with odin and also download firmware of this model too,
but the result it fail. When i check it, my phone still unroot.
How can I do, Please help ?

We have the same unit and same problem. My first problem was solve by using nova launcher for hiding some sk applications. And the second one, how to lock 3g network for accessing net rappidly, by pressing 319712358 996412 to unhide secret menu.
