No need to download and install Android SDK for ADB.

We need only 3 files for ADB to work (if we are not doing any Android programming/development and are using ADB to Root/Mod the phone).

adb.exe or adb
AdbWinApi.dll
AdbWinUsbApi.dll


Down load this - SuperOneClickv1.7-ShortFuse.zip and it contains software components needed for running ADB Tool successfully.
