How to save vid in slo-mo

On the Samsung S9. Is it possible to save a recorded video in slow motion that wasn't originally recorded using the new slo-mo feature?

No. "Slo-mo" is actually "fast record". It has to be recorded faster, then played back normally. There are a few PC video programs that will let you play a video in slower than normal speed, but that's on a one-time basis - you have to use that app that eay each time. You can't save it that way.
