You can long press the stock browser icon on the home screen and delete it. In it's place, move the Chrome Browser (or place it wherever you'd like) to it's place. You can also go into system settings > applications > sort by all > browser (or internet) > clear defaults. The next time you are prompted to choose an app be sure to select Chrome.

I found clear data and clear cache. When I cleared data it all cleared?
