How to set data usage warning for mobile data limit -- without having to scroll through?

I'm on the T-Mobile 5GB - 100 min $30/month plan, and I would like to able to Set mobile data limit to Set data usage warning. However, I can only scroll up and down the values for the data usage warning. I would rather not have to scroll up from the 2000 it's currently set to the 4500 I want to set. Is there a (faster) way to enter a value for this setting?

I am wondering what could possibly be faster than grabbing the brown "warning" line with your finger and dragging it up or down?
