How to set gradual volume increase on factory clock alarm on note 8 after last update.

I was able to have my alarm gradually increase on the factory clock on my note 8. This stupid update has botched/removed most of the features I liked/needed. I'm hoping maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place? Because I don't like to be startled awake. Thanks in advance.
