How to set only one app to airplane mode?

Hello,

Q1. How can I set airplane mode (no data, no wifi) for only whatsapp and telegram app?

I wish to use my phone like normal with data to surf webpage in browser, and I do not want to be disturbed by whatsapp and telegram. I want whatsapp and telegram to be "offline" like airplane mode.

Q2. If possible, I also hope to automate daily whatsapp and telegram app switch to airplane mode (no data, no wifi) from 1AM to 7AM while I am sleeping, so if use my phone in the middle of the at night I will not be disturbed by whatsapp and telegram.

Q3. How to set airplane mode for the whole phone except 1 or 2 apps? For example the whole phone on airplane mode, except chrome browser has data connection.

You cant have airplane mode just for whatsapp and telegram, airplane mode is global

Try DND?

I checked do not disturb options and it seems like do not disturb is applied to whole phone, not specific app.
