How to set up regular voicemail on Verizon Pixel 2

I call voicemail, it asks for my password. I've never set up a password...

There's no way to interrupt or get out of the only menu I reach: "Please enter your password."

Any help?

I would suggest calling Verizon...they will be more than happy to fix your voicemail.

Just FYI, it's not the phone that does voicemail, it's the carrier, and each one does it a little differently, so as Mike said, call Verizon. they'll walk you through it if you use a different phone to call them. Or you could read this page of instructions.

Also, really, you want to use the visual voicemail built into the dialer. It works great, and you don't need to navigate through menus. The messages are just there in front of you.
