Welcome to Android Central! Which email app are you using? Is the phone able to add the iCloud email account automatically (i.e., in the add email account screen, you type your iCloud email account and password, and it automatically adds)? Or do you have to add the server settings manually? If the latter, use the IMAP settings here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202304
