How to setup internet calls on cm7?

I was looking through cm7s features and found the internet calls option in Settings- Call Settings. This is a very nice feature. How can I set it up to work on 3g? Ive tried googling it but nothing helpful comes up. Any ideas? I know i can use Groove Ip or other apps but I like how this one is built into the stock dialer. Thanks.

You need a SIP account from a SIP provider such as SIPgate, but the accounts are getting harder and harder to get for free, if at all.

I tried using a PBXes account, but they always delete the account within a couple weeks because they account can never be fully set up because it doesn't allow me to change my "profile".

I ended up just buying GrooveIP and I couldn't be happier. It is a breeze to set up and the excellent settings make it easy to customize to get the perfect sound and many other things.
