How to share a tablet?

Since my partner's brand new Samsung Galaxy 10.1 with 3G was stolen last night, we (temporarily) need to share mine: same model but with WiFi only.
What is the best/easiest way to do that.
For instance:
1. Can we each create our 'own' mail icon, so that constant logon/logoff can be avoided?
2. Same question about Facebook?
3. We both have picture collections that we like to carry around with the tablet. How to set it up in such way that we don't delete each other's pix etc?
Any advice welcome. Very new in tablets. Thanks.

I think you can have different Users. Try Settings>Users (This should be right under Apps in Device Section)
To add a user tap the + icon (or add user) in the upper right hand corner.
I am not sure how this will work for Facebook, Twitter, etc. Nor am I sure how this will work for pictures.

Sorry, I cannot find such user entry. In the Device section the Apps are the last entry.

It may not be an option for Stock Samsung, then.
