how to solve it

i rebooted my phone and when it turned on it came up with this message:

"Internal Storage Damaged and is now unavailable. Please choose of of the following options:

Restore factory settings

or

Restart Phone"

But when I click restore factory settings nothing happens, I've also tried to hard factory reset but nothing happen either.

how do I troubleshoot it? Please help I'd really appreciate it, thanks!

If your internal storage is damaged then you probably have to take your phone to repair shop. It's a hardware issue.
