How to stop annoying Pop Up ads Galaxy S8

I keep getting annoying Pop up adds all the time they cover the whole screen and I can just close them, when I press select it shows that it's Google with a white circle and tick,
How do i get rid of it I've tried looking and deleting recent apps I've installed but I can't seem to figure it out.

Start with installing Malwarebytes.

Yeah I've already tried malwarebytes, no luck, I can't really find the other thread either ?

Try bk disabler and get rid of some of the bloatware

Some links to articles like how and why Plkay Store isn't immune.

No unknown sources. No wallpaper app. Adware hides in lots of places.

(You shouldn't need a disabled, unintended side effects, and can't say that Samsung apps while maybe "unwanted seem harmless.)

Set it up as new, and don't use a restore.

^^^ I agree. There should not be any pop up ads. Wipe and set it up as new.

If you don't mind NOT finding the app causing this problem, you can always run an adblocker such as Adguard Pro. Chances are that the app causing these ads is not harming your device security in anyway so an adblocker could be an easy fix.

You would need to go to the adguard website to side load the app because since it blocks ads in apps, Google doesn't want it in the play store.

The minute you turn off Adguard, you will have the ads again so the total solution is up to you.

UC Browser
ANY Cheetah mobile apps (Clean Master)
360 Security

There are many more that are big culprits.

Can a moderator change thre title from "adds to "ads" - seems auto correct really doesn't like ADS for me either. ;(

If you search the forums you can find quite a few apps that spam ads. For me it was a peelsmart app that was doing what you describe. Whats worse is it came pre-installed on my device. You can search these forums, and also read some reviews from the apps you have installed to see if other people have discovered the same problems with the apps.

Unfortunately, it can't be stopped. It part of the software.

It is definitely NOT part of the software, I've never seen anything like that on mine. Remove or disable the apps on your phone one at a time until you find the app that causes this.
