How to stop being FORCED to update my S7

[AC Question]

Like the writer below.....I hate the latest update changes to my S7. I've just gotten used to what I had, and now I have to get used to new Widgets etc, as well as notification methods and other svreen changes.
I don't understand all your tech. talk (Lollipops etc) I just want my older version back!!!!
And I dont want to be FORCED to keep updating!!!
HELP.....!?

Unfortunately once you update your phone you can't go back without "rooting" or a more familiar term " hacking " your device.
