How to stop Bluetooth auto play

Is there a way to stop an app from playing when it reconnects to Bluetooth. Happens now in all apps, Google music, Audible, etc.

I do have Android auto, happens on all my Bluetooth devices though, not just the car.

Google music can be controlled from within the app setting. "Allow external devices to start playback" turn that off.

Also setting in your Android auto app. Turn that off too.

Thanks, got that one now too.
Audible responded and said they recently changed that value and that's the expected behavior. I'll just clear it from recent apps when done, that seems to work.
