I have a Yahoo mail acct for 13yrs, so I decided to finally use my gmail acct as a primary acct. I had Gmail fetch my yahoo mail. I've decided that I like the Yahoo mail update (I know that alot of people don't). So I have the gmail app & the Yahoo mail app. But it keeps synching w/the Yahoo mail app, thus creating double emails that I have to go through. I've unsubcribed to the emails which go to Gmail but it just gets it from Yahoo mail. I've gone on my pc to delete the yahoo mail as an acct but I guess b/c I have the S3 and both apps, it just keeps cycling through. Any ideas??

First, you're definitely looking at the Gmail app, and not the stock Email app, right?

Second, if you change the Gmail settings using the desktop website, it should stop importing universally. Go to Gmail on your desktop, click on the Gear button at the top right and click Settings. Then click Accounts, find your Yahoo account in the "Check mail from other accounts" section and click Delete.

Here's the Google support page describing this: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/21289?hl=en&ctx=mail

Let us know if that doesn't work.
