How to stop pop up ads on my Samsung s5

Hi,
when using my phone with WIFI on I get annoying pop up ads, they're just small ones (width 4cm x hight 1cm) but it's mostly always for the amazon app. I've used "opt out" but it still happens. It pops up when playing a game and even when using google.
How do I stop this?

I have a Samsung S5.

It has to do with some third party app. You can try to uninstall the suspected apps to see if the ad returns
