How to stop Tab S6 S Pen from turning on screen

How can I keep S Pen from turning the screen on when it is removed from or returned to its charging position on the back of the Tab S6?

Does anyone have an answer for this? Either Im dumb and cant find the setting to turn off or samsung is dumb for not adding this option. I bump the pen while carrying it all the time which causes the screen to turn on and touch a bunch of things I didn't want to.

I don't have the tablet but have you checked under the S Pen settings located in settings>advanced features>S Pen? On multiple versions of the Note phone there is an option to change what happens when the Pen is removed, the tablet may or may not have the same thing.
