how to stop talkback even after root removal it stayes on

hi thanks to anyone that helps

what happens is i am in the version of android where there is a glitch that if you have any accessibility services on it will turn on talkback.

so i rooted my phone got titanium backup and removed all traces of talkback and Samsung text to speech and it stopped but i realised that i accidentally deleted the application that used different accessibility services and when i installed it my phone started talking again aghhhhh.

so i looked on my phone and the only thing i could find was that the google text to speech was still on so i thought ill just remove it but i cant find the process can anyone help me.

Welcome to Android Central! Which Samsung phone? How about just disabling TalkBack in the App Manager?

i already have i have deleted it off of the phone through titanium backup i know what is casing the problem its google text to speech but i cant find the process for it

i have solved the problem using device controll i was able to find the system app and uninstall it
