how to swap phones

I been using a S5 since launch day. I ordered a note 4 for my wife today. She wants to swap her Note 4 and take my S5. Since the Note is under her number do I just swap sim cards or do I have to go to att.

If I go to att do I have to restore my phone back or original before swapping with her. Or can attend move my apps and everything over

If both phones are at&t, simply swap the sim card and u r good to go. No need to go to att.
