How to switch back to Pixel Launcher?

Coming from a Windows Icon phone, I've been using the Microsoft Launcher since purchasing my P2 at Christmas time. I just now installed the Pie update and was thinking I'd switch to the Pixel Launcher to try out all of the new stuff, assuming it would be a more "pure" experience than using the Microsoft Launcher. Then it dawned on me ... I have no IDEA how to switch launchers! I don't see any button or anything that says "switch launchers here" with flashing arrows and shooting stars!
I'd sure appreciate some help!

Settings > apps > default apps > home app

Or there are apps on the play store called home switcher that can help you swap between different launchers as well.
