My work email recently forced the creation of a work profile on my Samsung S20 through the Android Device Policy and I no longer know how to sync my work Google Calendar to my Samsung Active to get notifications. Would anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

In settings >accounts >Google tap you see option to sync ?

This is a limitation of the work profile. I believe because the Samsung active app is considered a 3rd party app it would need to be approved for the work profile but then that poses a problem for personal use as the watch would see it as 2 devices.
For what it's worth, Android Wear works in this situation.
