How to take apart dummy Droid X?

I bought a dummy Droid X for parts, to replace my gouged camera glass.

I can't figure out how to take apart the Dummy phone!

The battery cover doesn't slide -- it's glued on, and I forced it off. There are no visible screws once the battery cover is removed. I tried removing the top and bottom plastic pieces which hide screws on the real phone, but these also seem glued on. I've already scratched parts of the Dummy phone trying to take it apart. HELP?

If its a dummy device I would believe that it is just a shell created from a mold as one solid piece and may not be made to be taken apart.

It looks like all the pieces are there, but they seem to be glued together. It's not one solid piece. I guess I can just try to pry the parts apart, I was just wondering if anyone else has tried to take a dummy phone apart.

I don't think the "glass" from the dummy phone is even the same material used for the actual glass lens, it's probably some el cheapo plastic.

I only need the small piece of the CAMERA lens glass, not the entire front, and the lens glass looks like it's the same. I just need to get it out!

If the camera lens is all you want, maybe you can use a carpenter razor to cut across the plastic where the hump is on back. If you use a sharp blade it should be simple enough to cut that area away without damaging the rest of device or better yet try cutting along the line that goes around device and then separate the two parts..
