not sure if im understanding how to take screen shotsby swiping hand over nothing happens. What am I doing wrong??

Hold your hand sideways (perpendicular), pinky to the screen and swipe left to right. Works great.

Remember you have to actually touch the screen with your hand as you swipe.

Make sure you have the feature turned on... Menu.. Settings.. Motion.. Palm swipe to capture.

But as mentioned above.. It's easier to just hold down (the home button + the power button) simultaneously for a few seconds.

Why not just use the onboard function for a screenshot? Home+power?

Just for the nitwits out there like me... You have to hold down the POWER and HOME key for a second or so then it will snap the picture. I wasn't holding it long enough and got nothing.

The problem I had with the swipe method is it would slide to the next screen as it took the picture. It was hard for me to get a clean shot of one screen. Again, could be nitwit factor.

The first time I did the swipe method the phone went to the next screen. The next time I tried I swiped lighter and had no problems.
