How to transfer All data from one android to another android mobile

I have bought today new Mobile SAMSUNG GALAXY M31s, 8GB RAM, 128 storage.
Now I want to transfer All Data like Photos,Videos, Songs, All Word files ,contacts, applications from my old Android mobile One plus Two ( with windows 10 and MS word 365 ).
I will be shifting my SIM card -jio SIM 4G to new phone and will be using the same.This will enable me to retain my existing No.
I shall appreciate, if some one can Guide me, step by Step, as how to do this.

Nothing to purchase it comes stock on your phone, go to settings in the search bar type smart switch and it will give you the steps
