How to transfer apps to phone with no SD card

I'm switching from a MT4g to an HTC one S. How do I transfer my data and apps since the one S has no SD card?
I've been looking at Astro file manager but don't see how that will work. I did search the forums and haven't found anything yet, if I missed it please point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Looks like you'll need to be rooted to save any data not handled by ASTRO...

If you don't have a Bluetooth dongle you can get one really cheap at dealextream.com
