How to transfer phone data from old GS4 to new GS4???

I have a old galaxy s4 in black and wanted to transfer everything (contacts, aps, pics, msg's) to my new galaxy s4 in white. What is a quick and easy way to do this? I tried google account back/restore but its not doing anything.
Halp please.
