Best free app you can get for this and tons of other stuff is Airdroid.

Dropbox. With airdroid, you actually have to do something. Dropbox is automatic uploading. And, isn't there a limit on bandwidth on airdroid now? I haven't used it in a while

I've used SyncMe Wireless with great results. I like the fact that it can auto delete the original file on a successful sync.

Thanks, that's the one I chose. Its great. I can move photos from the phone to the PC and new music from the PC to the phone.
