How to transfer text from keyone to s8

I just received an s8 from my carrier, I need wifi calling as my signal at home is terrible. I can't figure out how to transfer my texts to the S8. Could someone enlighten this BlackBerry stalwart? Things are so much more logical on the keyone

Texts are kept in a database file so you first have to learn SQL - and I don't think you want to go that route.

If it works on the KeyOne, back up your texts with SMS Backup & Restore, then restore them to the S8. (You may lose existing texts on the S8.)
