How to turn off mobile data for select apps Samsung s7

I want to turn off mobile data for certain apps (e.g. YouTube) but leave it on for others (e.g. Facebook). I understand the s7 can turn off background usage (which I've done), but I want mobile data turned off at all times for these apps.

How can I do this?

Never heard of such a setting. I keep mobile data turned off on the phone until I need it: Leaving wifi area or needing to send/receive SMS.

You can't, unless you are rooted and use a firewall app.

I block data usage by apps with Adguard. My S7 isn't rooted. Nor is my S6. Works a treat with ads too..
