How to turn off Ultra Power Saving Mode.

[Android Central Question]

I cannot turn off UltraPower saving mode (UPSM). I was using it for a while and now (for the first time in years) it keeps turning itself back on when I turn it off manually. But my screen is now showing all my apps and blue background while stuck in UPSM. But I cannot use these apps as it is still stuck in UPSM. So I cannot turn volume down; screen is freezing; please HELP! Samsung J1 model.

Try safe mode then turn off ultra power saving mode .
