How to turn on haptic feedback?

Hello everybody,
I just got a samsung A3 from my work, it's a nice Phone . My question is though, where can I enable haptic feedback? I have android 6.0.1 installed on it.
When I go to the setting and go to "sounds and vibrations" there is no haptic feedback option anywhere to enable... Am I looking in the wrong place?

Go to sounds & notifications > other sounds > vibrate on touch.

Sounds and notifications isn't an option? I have "sounds and vibrations" and "notifications", under neither of them do I have an option for haptic feedback.

Just got feedback from samsung. Apparently, for some reason, some versions in europe don't have the haptic feedback function? It just boggles my mind why they wouldn't put a basic functionallity such as that on this device...
