How to un-root GS3 at&t i747

I want to update my phone to 4.3 so i need to un-root my phone to do so; so I was told anyway. How do I go about u -rooting? Is the 4.3 update even worth un-rooting my phone?? If not then does anyone have any good roms, I'm on Synergy now.. Thanks in advance

If you need to unroot your phone, go to "skunkape 60's" guide, in this forum. It works like a charm.
