How To Uninstall Certain Apps?

I downloaded a couple of apps to my watch that I would like to now uninstall, but the option to uninstall is not available.

How do I remove these apps?

Go to downloaded applications on your phone and find and delete them there. Settings, Application Manager, downloaded, scroll down and find them and delete them. Some will have a part on your phone as well as watch
