How to uninstall software new updates only?

I am using Samsung Galaxy J5. My phone internal apps are updated automatically and there is a no option for uninstalling updates only to restore the previous version. There is any other option to uninstall updates only?? Because my phone memory going to finished.

Unfortunately, nope. The only way to uninstall the update is to uninstall the app itself or, in your case, since they seem to be system apps that cannot be removed, revert back to the factory-image version. HOWEVER, some apps might auto-update no matter what, like Google's Play Services since those need to be up to date to work and connect to Google's services. You can disable auto-update options in the Play Store and Galaxy Apps, but those that force updates will bypass the option no matter what.
