How to unroot unrevoked

So I am a noob at the whole root process. I used unrevoked3 about 2 weeks ago for primarily wireless tether. Didnt do a back up or put any new roms on my device. However, 3 weeks ago, I was suppose to recieve a new Evo through the advanced exchange program. It finally got here today and before I send the old devce back I need to unroot it. The Sprint customer service rep said if their was any damage physical or software related, I would be charged the old device. She included the root process since their was a fair amount of devices that had been sent back altered. Does a hard reset unroot the Evo? thanks for everyone's help!

In the FAQ section you can see how this can be removed or un done, then download and run:

Use that. It makes it very easy when you have used unrevoked.
