How to update droid without cdma network

I'm in in America...I'm currently in Ghana west Africa and I want to update my phone some way some how can anyone help me out pls

you may use RUU by dotdat at XDA
its only for stock rom 4.2.2 (4.09.605.1 with S-ON) and (4.09.605.5 with S-ON + hboot)
