How to update the ROM Version
I'm using HTC chacha. I need help to unlock bootloader. My software version is 1.20.720.1 and android version is 2.3.3. If i check for software update it said there is no update for your phone. But in HTCDev they said to update ROM version. How to update the ROM version.Please reply to this requist
