How to update to 4.4.4?

Wondering how to update my SGH-1337M to 4.4.4. It is at 4.4.2 currently and there is no updates through Kies or from Software Update in About. How do I upgrade to 4.4.4 and SHOULD I upgrade to 4.4.4?

I do have 2 power banks just in case I need them. The next software update is supposed to come out next month (4.4.4)
