The mobile is from US exported to Yemen. My question is:
Is there a way to update the 4.4.2 to 5 or 5.1.
I have no experience with this things. So, please I need even small details if possible?

Hello and welcome to Android Central rqeeeb!

You appear to be rooted and running a custom ROM called, "Android Al-Yemen". This would account for your lack of updates. Also, if you are not on the U.S.A. network for Verizon you will not receive updates for their model, which you have, G900V. This model is specifically for the CDMA network for Verizon. See #1.6 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

You can download and manually update your phone's firmware to Marshmallow, Android 6.0.1, via Odin by following the instructions and video contained in the links of #1.11 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

Firmware download...

Model SM-G900V
Model name GALAXY S5
Country USA (Verizon)
Version Android 6.0.1
Changelist 8025411
Build date Wed, 11 May 2016 07:04:50 +0000
Security Patch Level 2016-05-01
Product code VZW
PDA G900VVRU2DPD1
CSC G900VVZW2DPD1

If you flash this firmware to your phone it will unroot your phone and install the stock firmware for the U.S. carrier Verizon.

Thanks V much dear for your kindness and quick replay,

Sine I am living in India, one question remains before I update it:

will the mobile work on GSM networks in India.

rqeeb,

Verizon phones run on a CDMA network in the US and since that is the model number you have it's safe to assume the phone will not run on GSM. AT&T phones in the US use GSM.

The G900V will work on most Indian 2G and 3G networks. However, roughly half of Indian networks do not support 4G yet and the half that do, will not work on the Verizon phone you have.
