Apple was too exclusive to limit its user from accessing other sources of applications even though the supply of App Store doesn't always live up to user's expectation.
Does anyone have any idea for how to install and use Android App on Mac ???
Tell me

On their laptops? I have several apps on my MBP that will argue that point.

Bluestacks is a common suggestion for this, and was the first result in a Google search for "run android apps on mac"

Evidently, you're under the impression that any app will work on any device. You're wrong. Android apps are written in Java/Kotlin, and compiled to Java classes. (Basically, anyway.) Most Mac programs are written in x64 assembly or C or some other 3rdGL or 4thGL, and have nothing to do with Android. You CAN NOT run an Android app on a Mac. Unless... you run an Android emulator. So do what hallux suggested. (Or get a copy of Android-x86 and boot your Mac using that burned to a DVD.)
