How to use downloaded filter on Camera Note 3?

I downloaded a filter called Sunshine by clicking the download arrow in the filter list in Camera on Note 3. The arrow led me to Galaxy Apps. After installing the filter, I can't seem to find the filter anywhere, not even in the filter list. Anyone knows where I can find it?

Is the filter perhaps within the image gallery? That could possibly be a post filtering app rather than providing the filtered image preview in the camera.

nope wierd you can download them, but you cannot access them. You try and open it up were you downloaded it, but it doesn't let you.
