How to video call from PC to phone on EVO

Well i want to know how to video call from my EVO to a messenger like yahoo or msn

bcoz i tried using fring but it said it didnt let me so yeah i was just wondering how i can do this

I know a friend of mine is using his fring to face time with iphone four users but nothing on pc yet.
