How to view caller's ID on calls diverted to voicemail on SIM 2

Hi, I am using dual SIM cards in my Huawei Pro 30, set up so that calls to SIM 2 go straight to voicemail. If the caller to SIM 2 doesn't leave a message I get a text saying "Hang Up Message" with the caller's number, date and time of call. However if the caller does leave a message I cannot see any way to view the caller's ID. I can view all caller IDs on SIM 1. Can anyone tell me how I can display caller's ID on SIM 2 when calls are diverted straight to voicemail?

Voicemail is owned by your carrier (their voicemail server, their voicemail software) so contact them and ask. You may not be able to - if they leave a message it may assume that you know the number.
